Caloosahatchee Mindfulness envisions a connected community where mindfulness improves the quality of life and well being of Southwest Floridians.
WHO ARE WE?Caloosahatchee Mindfulness is part of the non-profit Hearts' Path to Mindful Living, Inc. that supports programs of mindfulness in our community. Originating in 2006 with the direction of four visionary founders, the organization has continued to grow and expand. | WHAT DO WE OFFER?Mindfulness is paying attention to your life in this present moment without judgment. It has also been called clear seeing and friendly attention to the present. Caloosahatchee Mindfulness offers presentations and classes on mindfulness for groups, such as non-profits, support groups, and senior living communities. Additionally, we sponsor a weekly book club, The Caloosahatchee Rising Tide Sangha, and Friday meditation groups. Click here for more information. |
