WHO WE ARE
Hearts’ Path to Mindful Living, LLC was created in June, 2006 to provide programs and instruction in mindfulness and to foster health and harmony in Southwest Florida. In 2010, Hearts' Path became a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization offering mindfulness classes in Lee Wellness Centers, senior living communities, and other community organizations. In 2018, Hearts' Path joined with the Rising Tide Sangha to become Caloosahatchee Mindfulness. Through these decades, talented and creative teachers have shared their passion and expertise with our community to improve quality of life and well being. We believe that our families, workplaces, communities, and world need mindfulness to improve people's ability to cope with stressors and uncertainty. Caloosahatchee Mindfulness continues to serve the community due in great part to the vision and efforts of our founders.
