Introduction to Mindfulness

Learning to be mindful provides the opportunity to be truly present and ‘tuned in’ to your one, “wild and precious Life,” a la Mary Oliver. The practice of Mindfulness Meditation provides new ways of creating a strong, peaceful, happy mind free of busy chatter and constant non-stop activity. Take a few moments to step out of the rat race and into a calm, present space called ‘You’.

Join Kandy Love as she introduces the practice of Mindfulness, what it is and what it is not, and the benefits of Mindfulness, which include new ways of creating a strong, peaceful, happy mind, free of busy chatter and constant non-stop activity.
