Caloosahatchee Mindfulness is a center for mindfulness bringing together like-minded people with many teachers and teachings in one special space right here in Southwest Florida. 

Having a center where a community can be created and sustained has long been the dream of those who provided classes and other educational and meditative opportunities throughout Southwest Florida in the past. 

We have a weekly schedule of classes and events that all are based on Mindfulness based practices. 


Temporary Cancelation of Wednesday Night

Dear Sangha Brothers and Sisters,

We have made the difficult decision to suspend the Wednesday evening meetings of the Caloosahatchee Rising Tide Sangha until the end of this month. We will reevaluate at that time and let you know whether or not we will resume our meetings in July. This decision was not made in fear, but with the understanding that the spread of COVID-19 is something to be taken seriously and acted upon with discernment.

We would like to suggest that over the summer on Wednesdays in place of meeting in the Lotus Blossom Clinic, each of us practice sitting and walking meditation in our own homes from 6:30 to 7:15 pm and that at 7:15 pm we listen to an online dharma talk. We'll do this with the sense that "our collective energy of mindfulness will bring us together as an organism."  We'll send a link early next week to a suggested dharma talk.
